Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1 - The user can cancel the order of products as long as they have not yet been sent. To do this, the user must immediately contact our customer service and request the cancellation of his order by email to the following address contact@lobatofficial.com. Only after this procedure can the order be canceled. If the cancellation request is successful, the user will be informed by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed without any associated cost.

2- Upon receipt of the order, the buyer has a period of 15 days to return or exchange his items without justified reason. He must then contact our customer service through the following email contact@lobatofficial.com.

The buyer must keep the product in good condition of use, without having used it, with the intact label attached and in its original packaging to be able to return it.

Only size exchanges are authorized. If the buyer wishes to exchange another item for another product, a voucher will be issued in the value of the exchange in order to proceed with the new order.

Shipping or return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
